Qi Gong

You know that exercise, meditation, stretching, and deep breathing every day are key to better health, yet do you have the time to do all of them daily?

That is what you will learn to do simultaneously by attending Qi gong class weekly. The ancient wisdom of the Qi gong practice will improve your endurance, flexibility, tone, and balance while teaching you to quiet your mind and relax completely.

Well over 500 studies since 2015 have shown that practicing Qi gong just two hours a week decreases fall risks, increases pain from osteoarthritis, improves mood and decreases blood pressure.

This gentle exercise could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. No experience or particular fitness level is necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling better.

Amy began treating me with acupuncture and herbs for various pain-related conditions associated with an active but aging body. When she sensed I was ready, she began teaching me Qi gong, a very accessible integration of movement, purposeful breathing, and imagination that does wonders for the body and the mind – and will keep me going for decades.

Thank you, Amy!                                                                                   Rick S., 69
